Suprema Airfob
HDSS Terms of Service for Suprema Airfob Integration
Effective Date: 01/01/2025
1. Introduction
This Terms of Service ("Agreement") outlines the terms and conditions under which HDSS ("Integrator") provides integration and setup services for the Suprema Airfob access control system. By purchasing, using, or continuing to use HDSS's services related to Airfob, you ("Client") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement.
2. Role of HDSS as Integrator
HDSS is a certified integrator and installer of the Suprema Airfob system. We are not the service provider or developer of the Airfob platform. HDSS’s role is limited to the physical installation, configuration, and technical integration of the hardware and initial system setup.
All software, mobile credentials, user management features, cloud access, and subscription functionality are provided and managed by MOCA System Inc. (the official provider of Suprema Airfob). For more information about their services and obligations, please refer to MOCA’s own Terms and Conditions.
3. Service Provider Disclaimer
HDSS is not responsible for:
Service outages, downtime, or platform disruptions.
Internet or network-related issues affecting system performance.
Failures caused by non-payment or expired subscriptions.
Access errors or delays due to Airfob software issues.
Data breaches or security issues originating from Airfob’s platform.
All technical issues related to account access, mobile credential validation, or platform failures must be resolved with MOCA, the official service provider.
4. Payment and Subscription Renewal
All Airfob services are subscription-based. The Client is responsible for making timely payments to ensure uninterrupted service.
While HDSS may issue courtesy reminders of upcoming renewals, it is the Client’s sole responsibility to monitor and renew subscriptions before their expiration.
HDSS does not control when or how MOCA suspends services due to non-payment. If payment is not received on time, services may be interrupted without further notice.
5. Limitation of Liability
HDSS will not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to:
Loss of access to property or amenities.
Service interruption due to delayed payments.
Damages or losses resulting from MOCA’s service performance.
Failure of mobile access credentials to function properly.
Client agrees that the maximum liability of HDSS under this Agreement is limited to the fees paid by the Client for the installation services.
6. Client Responsibilities
By agreeing to these terms, the Client acknowledges and accepts the following responsibilities:
Comply with MOCA’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
Maintain the security and confidentiality of all user credentials.
Promptly communicate and coordinate with MOCA for subscription renewals, user access issues, or platform concerns.
Provide and maintain a reliable high-speed internet connection at the property. The Airfob system depends on internet connectivity to verify access rights. Interruptions or poor connectivity may result in users being denied access.
Keep HDSS informed of any changes that may affect the system’s configuration or performance.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate this Agreement with written notice. Upon termination, the Client remains responsible for:
Any unpaid installation fees owed to HDSS.
Ongoing subscription fees due directly to MOCA, if applicable.
If a new integrator is assigned by the Client, HDSS will coordinate a handoff to ensure a smooth transition, subject to written confirmation.
8. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of [Insert State, e.g., Florida], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
