1) Monitoring
When the system is armed, HDSS's Virtual Guard monitoring station takes over, with cameras equipped with advanced AI algorithms scanning the premises. These algorithms can detect unusual activities, such as unauthorized access, loitering, or suspicious behavior, and instantly flag them for review by HDSS's Virtual Guard.
2) Detect
Once the AI identifies a potential threat, it sends the information to the HDSS's Virtual Guard. These virtual agents review the flagged activity to determine the nature of the threat and assess the situation.
3) Deter
In real-time, a responding agent will activate two-way audio, lights, sirens, and more to deter the threat.
Dispatch

During an alarm event, the subscriber receives an instant notification through the mobile app with access to live video of the incident. The subscriber can immediately notify HDSS's Virtual Guard through the app to either dismiss the event or escalate it. If the threat is real, HDSS's Virtual Guard will engage the intruder via loudspeaker, clearly warning them that they are trespassing and must leave the property within a countdown. If the individual does not comply, local authorities will be dispatched with detailed information and video of the incident
