To locate the MAC address and CRC number on the Honeywell Resideo ProSeries 7" All-in-One Touchscreen Control PROAPLUSC, follow these steps:

  1. Access the System Information Menu
    From the home screen, tap the Menu icon, then navigate to Settings.

  2. Enter Installer or Advanced Settings
    Select System Information or About Panel. In some cases, you may need to enter the installer code to access this section.

  3. Locate the MAC Address
    The MAC address is listed under the network information section. This unique identifier is used for network communication and device registration.

  4. Locate the CRC Number
    The CRC (Cyclic Redundancy Check) number is typically displayed in the cellular communicator or module information section. It is required when activating or registering the panel with the monitoring service.

  5. Alternative Location
    Both the MAC address and CRC number may also be printed on a label on the back of the panel or inside the unit, often near the communicator module.

These identifiers are commonly required when activating the system with AlarmNet or linking the panel to a monitoring account.
