Includes everything in CCTV Protect, plus:

Extended parts & labor warranty up to five (5) years
Installation of power and Ethernet surge protection devices
Limited surge-related equipment replacement coverage
Remote system health monitoring (offline alerts and diagnostics)
Two included on-site service visits per 12-month period
No standard service-call fee for included visits
