ClearlySafe Medical Alert, along with its accompanying pendant, is offered on a lease basis, included as part of your subscription. ClearlySafe Medical Alert is shipped in an activated state and is ready for immediate use upon arrival. Please note, this is not an outright purchase of equipment but a leasing arrangement included in your service plan. A minimum commitment of 3 months is required for this service. If the service is canceled within the first 3 months, the remaining balance for this period will be charged.

Shipping and Return

HDSS offers the following shipping options:

 

Ground Shipping: Our systems ship via ground service and are guaranteed to arrive within 7 to 10 business days from the date of purchase. Unless specified through a promotion or requested otherwise, this standard ground shipping timeline will apply.

 

​Shipments are processed once payment is successfully completed. Orders placed on Saturdays or Sundays will be processed the following Monday. Delivery times may be affected by holidays and adverse weather conditions. HDSS is not liable for any delivery delays caused by the carrier.

 

Order Status:

After your order is processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes the tracking number. For any inquiries or concerns about your order, please reach out to our Customer Support at 1 866-951-0209.

 

Return Policy:

To cancel your service with HDSS, call 1866-951-0209. All equipment and accessories must be returned. Cancellation becomes effective on the day HDSS receives the system.  A prorated refund for any prepaid unused service period will be issued upon receiving either the equipment or the executed Cancellation Letter. Restocking fees may apply, and refund processing can take up to 30 days.
