We offer a service that allows you to reuse your current alarm system, saving you both time and money. However, there are a few important things you should know
Compatibility
Check below to see if your alarm panel model is listed among those we commonly work with. This will give you a good indication of whether we can reuse your system.
Unlocked Panel
Sometimes, previous alarm companies may lock the system. To ensure a smooth transition, please obtain the installer code for your panel from your previous service provider. This step is crucial for us to access and reactivate your system
Panel Registration
If your panel is still registered with another monitoring station, we are not able to activate it. Please make sure your panel isn't currently active with another provider.
Working Condition
Your panel and sensors should be in good working order. If there are any issues, like a low battery or a faulty sensor, it's your responsibility to resolve these before activation. We want to ensure your safety with a fully functional alarm system.
Online Activation
Ready to activate? We just need the serial number or IMEI number on the panel. Remember, if your panel needs new batteries or minor repairs, these should be taken care of beforehand.
